28 January 2013 Our program and schedule are now available. Due to the delay in providing the program to potential attendees, the deadline for early registration has been extended to February 1, 2013.

Just over a month until BLS 39! If you are attending, make sure to take a look at our Accommodation page and arrange
for the necessary accommodations or arrangements. This is also the time to send in your BLS registration form and payment.
