Working flex file

Rules:

1. This link should only be accessed from the FLab from 7am-9pm, Sun-Fri(?).
2. After working on the file, the newest version should be uploaded. The project file is located at C:\ProgramData\SIL\FieldWorks7\Projects
   1. Create a new link to this version in the list below.
   2. Update the link above so that it accesses this new version.
3. When working on the file after-hours, DELETE the link above and leave a note saying who you are and when you plan to finish working on it.
