Posting past sessions

Is is necessary to account for ALL things that have been elicited, much of which we can see have been elicited already due to their presence in the lexicon? Or should that information be duplicated here? What I'm saying, I guess, is that we may not need to maintain a list of all of our sessions ever, just the ones from the past week or so and some phenomena we've looked at, to ensure that no one takes a half-hour getting (say) the same verbal paradigm that someone else already got.
