About
I am a linguist with specialties in formal semantics/pragmatics and fieldwork on native American languages.

I am interested in the semantic modelling of (in)definite markers, focus particles, and quantifiers. The languages I have researched include some Chibchan languages of Panamá, as well as Mixtec languages of Oaxaca, México.

I recieved my PhD in Linguistics from the University of Chicago. My dissertation develops a novel analysis of the derivational relationship between free choice indefinites and their indiscriminative readings. It is available at this link.
