Submission Preparation Checklist
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
The submission file is a PDF. Those with no other way to generate PDF documents may wish to use a utility called pdf995.
The text is single-spaced, uses a 12-point font, and has 1-inch margins. It fits on one page, with an additional page for references and diagrams. Note that only the first page will appear in the abstract book.
Authors' names and affiliations are removed from submission, with "Author" and year used in the bibliography and footnotes, instead of authors' name, paper title, etc.
