Teaching

Fall 2009
I am currently the instructor for Linguistics R6, Endangered Languages: What We Lose when a Language Dies. The course, which satisfies the second half of Berkeley's reading and composition requirement for undergraduates, addresses the causes and symptoms of language endangerment, the language-culture and language-identity connections, linguistic relativity and determinism, and language revitalization.
