There is modest evidence for a contrastive voiced interdental fricative phoneme, which Morse and Maxwell (1999: 5) prefer to treat as an allophone of /j/.
Ferguson (et al.) appear to posit a glottal fricative where Morse and Maxwell (1999) posit a velar fricative, but this is not entirely clear.
