Geographical story
- Stone of Wechpus, "Pulekukwerek", YM213 • "Here was another man who killed people in logs. He said [to Pulekukwerek], 'I am glad you have come. Help me to work.' 'I do not know how', said Pulekukwerek. 'Well, learn. I will show you. Do thus. Place this wedge while I hold it from above.' As Pulekukwerek felt him begin drawing the wedge away, he leaped out of the crack, and sat on the ground. 'Why did you do that?' said the man from the top of the log. 'I told you I did not know how', Pulekukwerek told him. 'Well, I will show you again. Do it this way. Now when you feel it begin to move, move it along.' Suddenly Pulekukwerek drew out the wedge on him. He was killed. Then Pulekukwerek blew out and said, 'They shall not kill people here in canoe making.' "
