Troubleshooting the Ultrasonix system
The major problem we have with the Ultrasonix Tablet is that the built-in display often flickers and sometimes goes dark. The Ultrasonix has a port for an external monitor, and normally there is a splitter plugged into this port so that we can have one external monitor inside and one outside the soundbooth.
If the built-in screen has gone dark and the external displays are also dark, try these steps:
- Make sure the external monitors are turned on. Check the power.
- Check all video connectors to ensure they are properly seated.
