Geographical story
- YG247 • "Krrnit lived at this spot. His house was on top of the boulder. He built a fish-weir near. You can still see the holes in the rock where he drove his stakes. His dam seems to have been permanent, instead of seasonal ... for the people of those days (the 'woogey) had to portage their boats around it. The rock formation by the side of the river is still smooth where they pulled their boats up."
