ITER fail.to.recognize-up-PL.ACT  (= ITER disappear-PL.ACT-up-PL.ACT)

Note: May take na- '1sg.', e.g. tanapipshinvárihva (WB T9.017). Cf. pipshítaanih 'to forget (and leave behind)'.
